Booker, Ayton help NBA-leading Suns beat Pacers, 112-94

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Devin Booker scored 35 points, Deandre Ayton had 27 points and 12 rebounds and the NBA-leading Phoenix Suns beat the Indiana Pacers 112-94 on Friday night.

Chris Paul added 12 points and nine assists for Phoenix, and Cam Payne had 11 points and five assists. The Suns finished the first half of the season 32-9, their second-best record in franchise history through 41 games.

Booker scores 16 as Suns cool off streaking Raptors, 99-95

TORONTO (AP) — Devin Booker scored 16 points, including the go-ahead basket with 1:02 remaining, and Chris Paul had 15 points and 12 assists as the Phoenix Suns beat Toronto 99-95 on Tuesday night to snap the Raptors’ longest winning streak of the season at six games.

PHOENIX (AP) — The Phoenix Suns had designs on coming home with a chance to win their first championship. Khris Middleton’s shots and Giannis Antetokounmpo’s swat ended those thoughts.

Now an NBA Finals that seemed very much in the Suns’ control when they left Phoenix a week ago returns to Arizona as a tossup.

Bucks get confidence boost in win without Giannis scoring 40

MILWAUKEE (AP) — As remarkable as Giannis Antetokounmpo has been in delivering MVP-caliber performances during the NBA Finals while playing with an injured knee, there have been games in which he was good but not great.

Frustrating fourth quarter, fouls derail Devin Booker, Suns

Chris Paul catches turnover bug at bad time for the Suns

The ball was in Chris Paul’s hands with 35 seconds left and his team needed a bucket to tie or take the lead in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
